We stand behind our products and want you to be delighted with what we’ve made for you! If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, please let us know. Return the item to us within 14 days of purchase, and we will gladly replace the item, issue store credit, or refund your full purchase price - see below which applies to your situation. Please contact us before returning a product, include a copy of the receipt, and send it in the original packaging if possible. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund, exchange, or store credit if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase.
To be eligible for refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. If a portion has been used and found to be unsatisfactory, we will be happy to accept your return for an exchange or issue store credit.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, please contact us prior to shipping. When shipping, you will need to include a receipt or proof of purchase (screen shot, email order confirmation, bank statement). We do not pay for return shipping.
We will be in touch with you when we receive the package you are returning.
Provided your item is returned within 14 days of purchase and in the condition described above, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment, minus shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account; although we will issue a refund and send you an email confirmation as soon as we receive your return, actual bank processing times vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). In the unlikely case that you have not received a refund 15 days after we’ve issued it, please contact your bank/credit card company. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at email@example.com.
All our products are inherently sensitive to temperature, as we do not use stabilizers, hardeners, or any other synthetic chemicals. If a product arrives slightly melted, a bit of time in the refrigerator will restore its consistency.
If a product is inherently defective or damaged, has been found unsatisfactory, or you've changed your mind about a purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for another item or for store credit. If you would like a full refund (minus shipping), please see "Refunds" above.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only be able to issue a refund to the person who made the purchase.
All our orders are shipped USPS Priority or Express Mail, and include insurance and tracking. In the unlikely event that your order is missing/damaged/etc, please be aware that the package is considered your property once it leaves us, and you are the party responsible for initiating a claim. Should this happen, please do notify us, and we will obviously do our part as well.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If the item you request in exchange is currently marked "Out of Stock", it may take several weeks to reach you. We will notify you of any delay. If the item you request in exchange is no longer being produced, we will issue a refund or store credit.
If you are shipping a package valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Obviously, things can happen, and the ability to track your package will help you resolve any unforeseen issues with your shipper.
International customers: Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any and all customs fees, duties, and/or taxes as required upon delivery of the parcel to your destination country.
